Once our data has been collected, it is prepared into workable
spreadsheets and printable forms. Spreadsheet data can be downloaded for use with your current databases.

Color Photo's of Property -
We will conduct a sweep (north, south, east, west) of your property and capture in picture, each quadrant and it's working systems.

Concise Photos Showing All Damaged Items -
All damaged items will be photographed and added to the Damage Item Report.

Detailed Reports of Property Condition -
Property Condition Reports are carefully prepared to show the customer where their attention needs to be.

Computer Rendering of Overall Property Layout (custom design) -
We start with an Ariel photo and trace the entire property to closely represent all inspected area's.

Repair Recommendations -
Not all repairs can be made by our staff. In life, no one is great at everything, so we lend our expertise in the areas we know and what we don't know, we set out to find those persons or contractors that can meet the challenges. Together we can line up the correct resources to satisfy the repair work.

Optional Repair Quotes -
Once the list of repairs has been collected, we price each repair item using our labor rates, less the cost of parts. If we purchase repair items on our account, we will only charge the customer those costs. There is never a markup on repair items.
